The gap in food that is left over in farms is about $161.1 Billion. This means food gets wasted and is not accounted for. We Keep It Fresh will work with farmers to help provide more produce outreach. Having this setup will help to provide more food to people that will be healthier in a short amount of time. In addition, we want to inform people about research with future systems such as QIS or Quantum Information Systems and Finance.
